MAC 507 Aggregate Mold Release Agent

Description:

MAC-507 is a resin emulsion intended for use as a release coating for a variety of composite materials. This product represents a safe and economical replacement for conventional solvent-based coatings. It is designed for use on room temperature surfaces. MAC-507 contains no silicone oils, waxes or powders.

Application Method:

    Apply as received to a clean, dry substrate. Dilutions with water may be possible depending upon your process and application method. All previously used release coatings and any compound residue should be removed prior to use. You may spray or wipe the product onto the mold.

Safety and Handling:

    The Safety Data Sheet for MAC- 507 should be reviewed prior to using the product. MAC-507 has a low order of toxicity; however, as with any industrial product, use of safety glasses and gloves is recommended when handling this product. KEEP PRODUCT FROM FREEZING.
