MAC 1123 - High-gloss Release Agent

Description:

MAC-1123 is a release agent designed to provide enhanced surface finish and excellent release characteristics for composite materials. The mold is ready for use immediately after application.

Application Method:

    MAC-1123 can be used over other semi-permanent release products and mold sealers to improve molding performance and part appearance. The product should be applied by spraying, brushing or wiping (clean, dry, lint-free cloth). Apply two coats, allowing five minutes between coats for solvent evaporation. No cure is required after the final coating. Molding can begin immediately.

Safety and Handling:

    Review the Safety Data Sheet before use. The solvent is flammable and should be kept away from heat, sparks, and flames. Adequate ventilation should be employed in enclosed areas. Always wear the appropriate safety equipment and store the product in a cool, dry place.
