MAC 1193 - Semi-permanent Fluoropolymer Release Agent

Description:

MAC-1193 is an aqueous solution that will not settle on standing. It provides a durable, semi-permanent release coating that will not transfer to molded parts. MAC-1193 is particularly effective with polyurethane foam release.

Application Method:

    MAC-1193 can be applied as received, or diluted with one- to four-parts deionized or distilled water. Apply the product to a clean, dry mold free of all previous release coatings and grime. We recommend using a solvent to clean your mold. MAC-1193 should be applied to a heated mold surface, 200ºF (93ºC) or higher, to facilitate drying. Double-coat to assure adequate coverage.

    Review the Safety Data Sheet before use. This product has a low order of toxicity but we recommend you wear appropriate eye protection and gloves when using the product. Keep the product from freezing.
