MAC 444NPB - Non-flammable Release Agent and Dry Lubricant


Non-flammable, solvent-based mold release for organic rubber, silicone, plastic and composite parts. Excellent dry film lubricant for all surfaces and stable to 550°F.

Application Method:

    Do not dilute. Apply to a clean, dry surface free of previous release coatings, oils and grim. We recommend using a solvent to clean the mold. Mix the product thoroughly before use and periodically during application. You can spray, dip, wipe or brush the product onto the desired surface. Apply two thin, even coats to unconditioned molds. Be sure to allow the first coat to dry before applying the second. Once the mold has been conditioned, multiple releases per application may be possible.

Safety and Handling:

    Review the Safety Data Sheet prior to use. MAC-444NPB is essentially nontoxic, but temperatures above 550°F may form hazardous fumes. Employ the proper safety equipment at all times while handling this product; do not smoke while using this product and avoid contaminating tobacco products.
