McLube® offers a full line of anti-stick coatings for the wire and cable industry. Our anti-stick coatings are dispersed in water to deliver excellent anti-stick properties directly to the inner core for easier jacket stripping without the safety and housekeeping concerns associated with traditional powder coatings like mica and talc.

Improve Wire Appearance
Powder coatings tend to muddle or cloud the appearance of wires, especially on pigmented jackets and cores. McLube® coatings are non-migrating, operator-friendly, and will not stain or discolor your wires.
Non-hazardous & Operator Friendly
Safety and Housekeeping Improvements
Powder coatings will inevitably migrate around your facility, resulting in perpetual cleanliness issues as well as marked increases in machinery fouling. Any powder that disperses into the air can be a potential health concern for your operators whether it is inherently toxic or not. Powder coatings also tend to muddle or cloud the appearance of wires, especially on pigmented jackets and cores. McLube® coatings are non-migrating, operator-friendly, and will not stain or discolor your wires. McLube’s line of anti-stick coatings are easy to incorporate into existing processes without purchasing additional equipment.
