Collection and use of PII and banking information
While using our service, you may be prompted to provide us with certain personally identifiable information (PII) that can be used to contact or identify you. We collect and store this information securely in order to provide our service, communicate with you, process your orders, notify you of product developments and promotions, and improve our own operations. McLube® will not distribute your contact information in any way, to any entity outside of McLube®, for any reason, except as it pertains to our business arrangement with you, and only with your prior consent, or as required by the laws of mutually established authority.
Deleting PII from our servers
You have the unalienable right to refuse storage of your PII or have your PII removed from our servers at any time, for any reason, except as described herein. You are also entitled to receive information about your PII stored on our servers. To have your PII removed from our servers or if you have any other concerns about out PII, contact the appropriate data controller listed above. McLube® may store your credit card or banking information; this information will be stored securely (if provided) and may be deleted or never stored upon request. We continually delete and/or update data as it becomes incorrect or obsolete. We will store correct, up-to-date, PII indefinitely or at least as long as required by domestic and/or foreign governmental regulation unless directed to delete the data from our servers by the individual or organization concerned. NOTE: Deletion of PII may not be possible due to mandatory retention requirements made by domestic and/or foreign government bodies. If you don’t see a checkbox, this setting is already off because of another setting or your administrator.
Blocking Google Ad personalization will not stop all Google ads or ads from other networks.
