MAC 595 Formed and Bent Hose Mandrel Lubricant

Description:

Water soluble mandrel lubricant suitable for formed or bent hose applications. Produces an extremely slippery coating with a low coefficient of friction. Excellent loading and unloading capabilities.

Application Method:

    MAC-595 can be applied by spraying, wiping, dipping, or brushing. It is intended to be applied as received though dilutions with water are possible.

Safety and Handling:

    The Material Safety Data Sheet should be reviewed prior to using MAC-595. MAC-595 has a low order of toxicity; however, good industrial hygiene practices should be observed. Safety glasses and gloves are recommended when using this product. Freezing of the product should be avoided.
