McLube 1777 PTFE Nylon Tape Anti-Stick Coating


McLube 1777 is a thick milky-white water dilutable dispersion of solid active ingredients designed to furnish a release coating for nylon tape.

Application Method:

    McLube 1777 is supplied as concentrate and should be diluted prior to application. Initial recommended dilution is two parts water to one part McLube by volume. Higher concentrations should be used on new cure tape or previously untreated cure tape.

Safety and Handling:

    The Material Safety Data Sheet for McLube 1777 should be reviewed before using the product. The solid active ingredients in McLube 1777 are essentially nontoxic but heating above 550°F may result in the formation of potentially harmful substances. Smoking should not be permitted while using the product and contamination of tobacco products with McLube 1777 should be avoided. Safety glasses and gloves are recommended when using this product.
