McLube 1850 Food Grade Silicone Lubricant, Silicone Mold Release


McLube 1850 silicone mold release provides superior release properties, excellent part appearance, and lubrication. Can be used on metal and nonmetallic mold surfaces. Suitable for use in food grade applications. Excellent release for all polymers - plastic,rubber, urethane and composite. Silicone lubricant for all applications and surfaces.

Application Method:

    For optimum performance McLube 1850 should be applied to a clean, dry surface. Spray, wipe or brush a thin film coating onto the surface to be treated. Reapply as needed.

Safety and Handling:

  • The Material Safety Data Sheet for McLube 1850 should be reviewed before using the product.
  • The precautions to be observed in handling McLube 1850 are those related to the solvent in the product. This solvent is flammable, and thus, the product should be kept away from heat, sparks and flames. Use only with adequate ventilation, especially in enclosed areas. Safety glasses and gloves are recommended when using this product.
