Rubber Anti-Tack

Powder-free Anti-Tack Coatings for Uncured Rubber

Our rubber anti-tack coatings form a clear, non-staining film on the rubber surface that provides superior, uniform anti-stick without the safety and housekeeping issues of mica, talc, stearates, and powders.

Powder coatings cause endless housekeeping concerns and foul machinery as they migrate around the plant. Our water based coatings deliver unparalleled anti-stick properties directly to the rubber without dispersing into the air or ventilation system and do not contain mica, talc, or heavy metals. Our liquid coatings also settle out from dip tanks much slower than stearates and slurry fillers because our active ingredients are emulsified in a liquid base. Slower settling means our products eliminate the need for some of the extra agitation equipment required to keep powder-based coatings like stearates and slurries dispersed.
