Food and Medical Use and Compliance
McLube® release agents and industrial lubricants are suitable for medical and food processing applications when parts undergo a sterilization and cleaning process before use. McLube® does not currently offer products intended or approved for direct food contact or subcutaneous use. Suitability for incidental food contact can be determined on a case-by-case basis – see below:
