About Molybdenum Disulfide
Molybdenum Disulfide (Moly) is an intrinsically solid lubricant which will reduce friction with or without a carrier. Moly is an excellent lubricant due to its layered molecular structure and low coefficient of friction. Moly’s unique lubricating properties make it ideal for a variety of high-load industrial and military applications as well as high-altitude, aerospace applications and spatial vacuums. Molybdenum Disulfide is also a semi-conductor and used as a catalyst amongst other non-lubricant applications.
