McLube® offers a variety of Industrial Lubricants fortified with Molybdenum Disulfide to provide long-lasting lubrication in extreme environments. These products are excellent lubricants for a variety of material interactions, including metal-metal, metal-elastomer, and metal-polymer. Unlike graphite, Molybdenum Disulfide(Moly) is an intrinsically solid lubricant which will reduce friction with or without a carrier. Moly’s familiar crystalline structure incorporates larger spaces between molecules that allow for planar sheets to shear, or slide past one another, resulting in an exceedingly low coefficient of friction. Moly’s unique lubricating properties make it ideal for a variety of high-load industrial and military applications as well as high-altitude, aerospace applications and spatial vacuums. McLube® offers Molybdenum Disulfide powders for compounding and tumble lubrication as well as formulated Moly dispersions in water, solvents, and oils. Our line of Moly products also includes NLGI#2 greases and pastes fortified with Molybdenum Disulfide.
