By Industry

Concrete Forms and Architectural Concrete Release

McLube® concrete release agents are designed for effortless de-molding of concrete structures from metallic and nonmetallic forms. Our release coatings for concrete forming are proven to reduce or eliminate bug holes, voids, and any undue buildup of materials and grime. McLube® concrete release coatings are emulsified in water or solvent to deliver unparalleled release characteristics directly to concrete forms without the safety and housekeeping concerns associated with powder coatings. The enhanced durability of our coatings also makes them ideal for complex concrete forms and architectural concrete applications that require extended release properties over longer curing periods.

Stone Veneer

Our coatings form a thin releasing film that preserves even the most intricate mold details to help customers create stone veneers that look and feel real while also allowing for effortless de-molding. McLube® release agents are proven to extend the lifespan of molds and tooling by preventing rust, corrosion, and buildup of grime that requires abrasive and, at times, harmful cleaning procedures. Other benefits of our products for stone veneer manufacturers include improved efficiency, reduced scrap, and lower costs per meter2 of veneer. McLube®’s water-based release agents for concrete and stone veneer are highly dilutable with standard tap water for additional cost savings.
